Our sourdough is crafted with care over a four-day natural fermentation, using only thoughtfully sourced, high-quality flour. This slow process allows the dough to develop a deep, complex flavor—nutty, slightly tangy, and wonderfully aromatic—while creating a crust that sings with texture and a tender, open crumb inside.
By cold fermenting the dough, we give the natural yeast and bacteria more time to work their magic. This not only enhances flavor but also improves digestibility, helps retain nutrients, and creates a loaf that stays fresher longer. It’s bread made with patience, purpose, and respect for tradition.
